Special Resolution – During this meeting the members (eligible to vote) will be asked to approve a new Constitution. Information on this proposal is available to members in the members portal and members can contact the office for a printed version of these documents if required.
General Business – Please note that General Business items must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the meeting to the General Manager to be included in the agenda for the meeting.
