Members please note that the vote to adopt the proposed new Constitution took place last night at the Annual General Meeting.
The result of the vote was:
Yes (in favour) – 16
No (not in favour) – 31
The motion failed.
The Board of Directors will review this situation at their next meeting in January. It is expected that a revised proposal will be presented at some point in 2024 after seeking further feedback from the members.
