Members Notice

Please note that there will be an election for the three positions of Director for the upcoming 12 months. We have 5 nominations for this position as follows:
  • Mark Berry
  • Phillip Cacciola
  • Peter Cramp
  • Mark Gordon
  • Andrew Stocks
A profile form on each of the nominees is available on the Members Notice Board (in the breezeway) for the members to view as required, leading up to and during the election process. 

 
The election will take place from Saturday 30 November to Sunday 8 December between the hours of 9am – 5pm each day. Please note that voting outside of these times is not available. 
 
Voting Process
The members in the following categories are eligible to vote:
  • Life Member
  • 7 Day (Ordinary)  
  • Corporate
A register of members eligible to vote will be held at the Club Reception. Eligible members will be able to collect a ballot paper in person by requesting one from the administration staff at the office. In the case that the reception is unattended the Clubhouse bar staff will be able to issue the ballot paper. 
 
The member will complete the ballot form by marking a cross in the box next to their three preferred candidates. Should any member seek information on the candidates they will be directed to the members’ notice board to view the Profile Forms on each nominee. 
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 10 December where the results will be announced.
