Our green staff will be stolonising the new greens this Wednesday and to make their job easier we are requesting some assistance from the members. This role will require the picking up, raking up of the stolons (grass plants) from the nursery located next to the maintenance facility (right of the 10th) and then placing these in small utililty vehicles. The stolons will then be transported to the new green sites where they will be spread evenly.

Those members wishing to help will need to have a reasonable level of fitness and it will be hot so they should ensure they are well protected from the sun and bring a water bottle.

If you wish to help please book into the timesheet so we know you are coming. CLICK HERE

This will be a unique experience to see how a green is grassed using the stolonising technique.

Thank you in advance to those members that can assist.
